- Oversaw creative output and resource on Diageo, HSBC, Nissan and Sainsbury’s
- Creatively directed, conceptualised and art directed on a range of high-profile clients

- Robust creative direction through WIP’s and ‘First Thoughts’ meetings
- Commercially-aware, working closely with Finance Dept. and Business Directors
- Effectively administered Creative Dept. resource (in conjunction with Traffic/Resource Teams)
- Approved briefs, budgets and timings in line with agency procedure
- Appraised and mentored up to 12 creative colleagues; from intern through to Creative Director level.
COLLABORATIVE EFFORTS
- Collaboratively worked with clients, colleagues, agency partners and suppliers to effectively facilitate projects, programmes and pitches
- Involved in many internal and external projects to help promote agile working, SMART thinking, brainstorming, brand workshop sessions and other best practices amongst clients and colleagues
- Long-term creative lead and ambassador for TMW within the Interdirect Network; helping to galvanise membership, collaboration and business opportunities within a group of over 25 independent digital and direct agencies from around the world.
